  • Canada and the United States: We currently ship orders to these three countries.

2.2 Shipping Costs Included

  • All product prices already include shipping fees—you will not be charged extra for shipping at checkout.

2.3 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated during peak seasons or promotional periods.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

2.4 Shipping Methods

  • We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, or other local carriers) to deliver your order.
  • Any estimated delivery times displayed on our website or in order confirmation messages are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
  • You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress until it arrives.

3. International Shipping (U.S.)

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For shipments to the U.S, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Flaveon does not collect or remit these charges on your behalf.
  • Shipping Timeframes: Delivery times can vary due to customs processing. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • We only offer returns or refunds if a product is malfunctioning or damaged upon arrival (and not damaged by the customer).
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may require photographic or video evidence of the damage or malfunction to assess your claim.

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • If we determine that the product was damaged or faulty through no fault of the customer, Flaveon will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We will provide instructions for return shipping (e.g., a prepaid label) once your claim is approved.

4.3 Refund or Replacement

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Replacements: Depending on product availability, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Please note that if you return a non-defective product or a product damaged by misuse, you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
